RV site reservations must be made separately from the event. It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to make their reservation for camping. Since we have a block of sites it’s best to call to make your reservation. Be sure to mention you’re with the Dynamax Owners!

The Dynamax Owners Events are a relaxed atmosphere where like minded owners get together and compare notes, enjoy each others’ company, and get to know one another in person rather than just online.

SCHEDULE
Here’s a brief look at the scheduled events for the weekend. These events are a lot more informal than other rallies you may have attended. That doesn’t mean there won’t be things happening when nothing is scheduled, just that we like to keep things a little more free form. If an event is noted as “Tickets Required” its because we need a solid head count, and in some cases to collect some money to pay for it.
DAY 1
Friday
4:30 PM – FIRST TIMERS/NEW OWNERS
Location: Welcome Center
This is open to anyone who is attending their first rally and/or new Dynamax owners. We will have a casual open forum to ask questions. The event will be staffed by a factory representative and a few seasoned Dynamax Owners.
6:00 PM – REGISTRATION
Location: Welcome Center
Come sign in, get your name tags and other goodies
6:30 PM – BLOCK PARTY (BYOB)
Location: Welcome Center
Stick around after registering to and meet and socialize with other attendees.
BYOB. If you’d like to bring some beverages to share please reach out to us. This has been a popular time to share party tricks in the past!
8:30 PM – Pub Night Trivia (BYOB)
Location: Welcome Center
Immediately following the block party. Presented by Bob and Amely Morley. Two trivia sessions, about 30 minutes each based on Dynamax RV’s, camping and general knowledge.
BYOB. If you wish to have an adult beverage, please bring your own for the trivia.
DAY 2
Saturday
9:00 AM – Catered Breakfast
Location: Welcome Center
Registration includes a catered breakfast, giving our Blackstone Chef’s a break this year. Meal includes: Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Hashbrowns, Biscuits and Gravy, Coffee and Juice.
Also, enjoy the Bloody Mary and Mimosa Bar!
10:30 AM – DYNAMAX UPDATE
Location: Welcome Center
Immediately following breakfast hear the latest and greatest news and updates straight from Dynamax’s representative.
12:00 PM – OPEN HOUSE / SOCIAL
Location: Welcome Center
We have the building all day Saturday, so feel free to drop by and hang out throughout the afternoon. At past events we’ve also had impromptu model specific get togethers that were a big hit, so this would be a great time to get together and swap stories with other owners of the same model.
5:00 PM – HAPPY HOUR (BYOB)
Location: Welcome Center
Bring an adult beverage or two (or some to share!) and spend some more time getting to know your fellow Dynamax Owners before we sit down for dinner.
5:45 PM – GROUP PICTURE
Location: Welcome Center
Before we eat, please come join us to get everyone together for a group photo!
6:00 PM – CATERED DINNER
Location: Welcome Center
Registration includes a catered dinner for everyone to gather and enjoy a meal and each others’ company.
Menu includes: Roast Beef, Herb Crusted Chicken Breast, Zucchini Squash Pepper Medley, Rice Pilaf, Roasted Red Potatoes, House Salad, Rolls, Iced Tea/Lemonade.
DAY 3
Sunday
OPEN!
No organized events, enjoy the resort
We do not have the Welcome Center rented for Sunday.

Updates from Previous years
Here’s a few notes for those who have attended previous events about what has changed so you’re prepared.
- No More Signs – The site signs have been discontinued this year and will not be provided. Feel free to bring your own.
- No Refunds – Please note that this event is put on solely by volunteers and ticket costs are used to cover our direct costs. We are unable to offer refunds for any reason.

Once you’ve made your reservations at the Campground, please select the number of tickets below and complete the registration form. The General Admission tickets are simply to track everyone attending, so please include all of your party. The remainder of the tickets are optional sessions within the gathering.
No Refunds – Due to the timing of this event and our commitments to the caterer, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason.
