When are we going?
June 7-11, 2027
A detailed schedule will be posted closer to the event, but generally speaking organized activities will be on two to three days with the rest of the time available for impromptu socializing and exploring the area

How does this work?
First, You book your own Reservation
Be sure to call the resort and mention you’re with the Dynamax Owners Group so that you’re able to book within our block.

Booking window opens June 9, 2026, closes February 2027 or when sold out
Next, once you've got a reservation, let us know
After you’ve made a reservation with the resort, fill out this form to let us know. This will allow us to see who’s coming while we’re planning as well as notify you once registration is open.
Finally, come back closer to the event to register!
LateOnce we’ve got everything in order we’ll open up registration and ticket sales. This will happen closer to the event, but we need to have all the activites scheduled and vendor contracts signed first.
This is Important! We’ll be sure to shoot you an email, and post on the relevant social media and forums, but please understand that if you don’t complete this final registration you won’t be able to participate in the organized events.
Currently we’re planning on the following target dates for registration:
Late March
Early Bird Registration Opens (A discount will be offered, length TBD, for people who register soon after registration opens)
May 3, 2027
Registration Closes (We will not be able to accept any more registrations after this date!)
