RV site reservations must be made separately from the event. It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to make their reservation for camping. Since we have a block of sites it’s best to call to make your reservation. Be sure to mention you’re with the Dynamax Owners!

The Dynamax Owners Events are a relaxed atmosphere where like minded owners get together and compare notes, enjoy each others’ company, and get to know one another in person rather than just online.

SCHEDULE
Here’s a brief look at the scheduled events for the event. These events are a lot more informal than other rallies you may have attended. That doesn’t mean there won’t be things happening when nothing is scheduled, just that we like to keep things a little more free form.
DAY 1
TUESDAY
June 9
5:30 PM – Registration
Location: Site E09, Eagle Crest (circle between E8 and E20)
Picnic Shelter (in case of inclement weather)
Come at your leisure to sign in, pick up your name badges and goodies, available from 5:30-6:30.
6:30 PM – Block Party and Corn Hole (BYOB)
Location: Site E09, Eagle Crest (circle between E8 and E20)
Picnic Shelter (in case of inclement weather)
After registration to meet and socialize with other attendees.
BYOB. If you’d like to bring some beverages to enjoy. This has been a popular time to share party tricks in the past!
DAY 2
WEDNESDAY
JUNE 10
9:00 AM – Catered Breakfast
Location: Grandview Hall
Paid registration includes a catered breakfast, Meal includes: Eggs, Biscuits/Gravy, Sausage, Hashbrowns, Fruit (Orange Juice, Coffee, Water provided)
10:30 AM – Trouble Shooting 101
Location: Grandview Hall
Nick Abelseth, Forest River Dealer Service Technician Writer will be here to discuss a few trouble shooting topics.
11:30 AM – Motorhome Detailing Basics
Location: Grandview Hall
Aaron Hall will share some tips and products used to keep your Dynamax Looking sharp. Plan to attend and share what you use on your rig.
3:00 PM – Optional Event (Afternoon Hangout)
Location: Reece Cider Company, 9110 Georgia Highway 52, Ellijay, Georgia 30536
Meet fellow owners at Reece Cider Company — informal gathering to socialize and play games. No reserved area; attendees may purchase food and drinks on their own (not included).
8:30 PM – Movie Under The Stars
Location: Site E09, Eagle Crest (circle between E8 and E20)
Come sit by the fire and enjoy a Movie under the stars at our gathering site.
DAY 3
THURSDAY
JUNE 11
9:00 AM – Donuts with Dynamax
Corporate update from Dynamax
Location: Grandview Hall
Paid registration includes Donuts, Orange Juice and Coffee
10:00 AM-Noon – Dynamax Rig Tour
Location: E-20
Come tour new Europa S 37ca. Tours will be limited to this day only, for the 2 hour window, please be timely, we have a lot of people who will want to see this unit.
2:00 PM – Dynamax Bingo
Location: Grandview Hall
Bingo games with prizes donated by some of our members and vendors, please see our vendor sheet for those who made this possible.
4:00 PM – Wine Tasting for Charity (Extra Ticket Required)
Location: Grandview Hall
If you have a “Wine” Sticker on your badge, you paid to attend, Local Winery, Engelheim will be here to do a full wine tasting.
As with last year the Wine Tasting is for charity. This is an optional ticket that 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Care Camps. If you would prefer not to take part in the Wine Tasting, there’s also a ticket to just make a donation.

5:00 PM – Happy Hour (BYOB)
Location: Grandview Hall
Bring an adult beverage or two (or some to share!) and spend some more time getting to know your fellow Dynamax Owners before we sit down for dinner.
5:30 PM – Group Picture
Location: Outside Grandview Hall
Before we eat, please join us to get everyone together for a group photo!
6:00 PM – Catered Closing Dinner
Location: Grandview Hall
Paid registration includes a catered dinner for everyone to gather and enjoy a meal and each other’s company. Meal Includes: Sliced brisket, Parmesan Chicken, Red Potatoes, Green Beans, Salad, Rolls, Peach Cobbler, Sweet Tea, Unsweet Tea, Lemonade.

Updates from Previous years
Here’s a few notes for those who have attended previous events about what has changed so you’re prepared.
- No More Signs – The site signs have been discontinued this year and will not be provided. Feel free to bring your own.
- No Refunds – Please note that this event is put on solely by volunteers and ticket costs are used to cover our direct costs. We are unable to offer refunds for any reason.

Once you’ve made your reservations at the Campground, please select the number of tickets below and complete the registration form. The General Admission tickets are simply to track everyone attending, so please include all of your party. The remainder of the tickets are optional sessions within the gathering.
No Refunds – Due to the timing of this event and our commitments to the caterer, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason.
